Local perspective
What to know about Sawgrass Lakes
A newly announced luxury gated neighborhood planned along Saw Palmetto Parkway with lake and preserve views. The right fit depends on more than the floor plan. Buyers should compare the location within Babcock Ranch, neighborhood-specific fees and amenities, homesite orientation, included features and the timing of current or resale opportunities.
I can help you compare Sawgrass Lakes with nearby alternatives and explain what changes from one builder or association to another.
