Local perspective
What to know about Edgewater Shores
A small gated waterfront neighborhood with a community pool and a close connection to the original town center. The right fit depends on more than the floor plan. Buyers should compare the location within Babcock Ranch, neighborhood-specific fees and amenities, homesite orientation, included features and the timing of current or resale opportunities.
I can help you compare Edgewater Shores with nearby alternatives and explain what changes from one builder or association to another.
